Refund policy

Last updated: 19 October 2026

Your Australian consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under that law, including for sale items.

For a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, we will provide an appropriate remedy, such as a free repair, within a reasonable time. If we cannot remedy a minor problem within a reasonable time, further rights may apply. You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders

Contact fight4christmas@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos or a short video can help us assess it, but we will consider other reasonable evidence. Tell us promptly so we can assist; this request does not impose a fixed deadline on your statutory rights.

We are your point of contact and remain responsible for resolving problems with products we sell, even when a supplier ships the order directly. We will not require you to pursue the supplier instead.

Returning a product with a problem

Contact us for return instructions before posting anything. We will arrange a suitable return method or provide the correct address. Where a consumer guarantee has not been met, we will cover reasonable return costs, including reimbursing reasonable postage you have already paid. For items that cannot reasonably be posted, we will arrange an appropriate collection or return solution where required.

Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of a consumer-law remedy. Please stop using an item if you believe it is unsafe.

Change of mind

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges solely because you changed your mind, selected the wrong colour or size, found a lower price elsewhere, or no longer need the product. This does not affect rights for a faulty, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed product.

Cancellations and delivery problems

Email us as soon as possible if you want to cancel or change an order. We will try to stop it before fulfilment, but cannot guarantee changes once processing or dispatch has begun. This does not limit any cancellation or refund rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

If an order is lost, is not delivered, or is substantially delayed, contact us. We will investigate and provide any remedy required by law. An overseas-delivery estimate or Christmas-arrival warning does not remove those rights.

Refunds

We will confirm the outcome after assessing your request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We will process them without unreasonable delay; your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. We will not force you to accept store credit instead of a refund you are legally entitled to.
