Terms of service

About this store
These terms apply to purchases from Fight 4 Christmas at fight4christmas.com. Contact us at fight4christmas@gmail.com. Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the commerce platform.
Orders and payment
Check the product, selected options, quantity, delivery information and total before paying. Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless checkout expressly indicates another currency. The checkout shows the amount payable, including shipping and taxes charged by the store.
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. If we cannot supply it, identify a material listing error, or reasonably suspect fraud, we will contact you promptly to explain the issue and offer an appropriate resolution. We will not substitute products or increase an agreed price without your agreement. If we cancel an order, we will refund amounts paid for items we cannot supply.
Product information
Read the description and selected option carefully. Styling photographs may include additional items; the listing states what is included. Screens and lighting can affect perceived colour, but products must still match their description and meet applicable consumer guarantees. Follow the supplied instructions and use products only in conditions for which they are rated. Do not assume a decorative light provides safety lighting or that an item is suitable outdoors unless the listing confirms that use.
Fulfilment and delivery
Orders may be sent directly by overseas fulfilment partners. Dispatch origin, processing and transit estimates vary. Christmas arrival is not guaranteed. Our Shipping policy forms part of these terms, without limiting your rights for non-delivery or unreasonable delay.
Cancellations, returns and consumer guarantees
Our Return and refund policy explains how we handle problems and cancellations. We do not offer change-of-mind returns. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. We remain responsible to customers for the products we sell.
Website use
You must provide accurate order details and have authority to use your payment method. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or infringe another person’s rights. Website material may be protected by intellectual-property rights; using the store does not transfer those rights to you.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy policy describes how personal information is handled. Payment providers and other third-party services may also have their own terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, but this does not remove our obligations in relation to an accepted order or any non-excludable rights.
Changes and disputes
Changes to these terms apply to future orders from the date published. They do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Australian law applies, subject to any mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply to you. Nothing here prevents you contacting a regulator or using a court or tribunal available to you by law.
